Set amongst Northumbrian hill farming countryside and located only a mile from Hadrian’s Wall, our five self-catering cottages offer high quality accommodation including new kitchens, full double glazing and central heating throughout. From Romans through Reivers to the modern day, wherever your interests lie, if you enjoy stunning open views from a peaceful rural retreat, our cottages will provide you with an excellent base for exploring this historically unique area.

We offer exceptional facilities for dogs and their owners with plenty of dog friendly walks right from your doorstep and our wild grass meadow makes those early morning and late evening strolls a pleasure. Take some time out and unwind on one of the benches to really appreciate the calm surroundings and amazing panoramic views.

With our own wind turbines and bio mass boiler, our cottages are environmentally friendly and for the bird and wildlife enthusiasts amongst you, why not while away the hours watching nature from the home comforts of your cottage.
